另据日本厚生劳动省3日统计,日本确诊病例中已有514人治愈出院。截至3日,日本共对39446人进行了新冠病毒检测,较前一日增加2821人。

在前一天(3日)的白宫疫情简报会上,特朗普表示,将根据《国防生产法》来限制国内急需的口罩等医疗物资出口,包括N95口罩、医用口罩、医疗手套和其他个人保护装备等。白宫要求全球N95口罩主要生产商美国3M公司不要将产品出口到加拿大及拉美地区。

根据美国约翰斯·霍普金斯大学发布的实时统计数据显示,截至北京时间4月5日07时41分,美国新冠肺炎累计确诊病例已达到308850例,累计死亡病例为8407例。

4月3日,美国驻华大使在使馆官网、官方微博、微信公众号上发布中英文公开信《向前同行》,感谢中国帮助。全文如下:

“我们正非常强硬地动用《国防生产法》。有时是直接地,(但)在很多情况下是间接地,通常仅靠‘威胁’(动用该法令)就足够了。”根据美国上世纪50年代通过的《国防生产法》,总统有权在紧急状态时要求私营企业生产国防相关产品,并可控制这些产品的经销。
